Thirty-five years after I left the COC, my sister also left and went to the Disciples of Christ. You never know what will happen with family.

Welcome, and take your time figuring out where you want to go from here. Time in a cultish church can warp your mind! I will say that not every COC is cultish, but many of them are.

I remember times when they sat so long at my house that they grew mold. Yuck. But I would wash and sterilize in the dishwasher.
