Ugh! Typical sermon on communion... only catch is that the preacher isn't born and bred coc, unlike his wife and father-in-law (both dyed in the wool born and bred coc.) I know his wife and in-laws from the coc I attended in Bethlehem, PA. And he uses the term forced conclusion instead of necessary...

Capitalization

Recently I've been using the dictation feature on my iPad. It's interesting to see that when I dictate "church of Christ" the "C" in "church" is not capitalized. When I dictate Methodist Church, Catholic Church, Disciples of Christ, Church of God, Church of Jesus Christ...

My family didn't celebrate Christmas religiously either. But we always had a tree and presents, just no nativity set. When I left the church of Christ I ran out and bought religious ornaments for the tree. And I really started enjoying religious Christmas songs.
