For fun - someone else's survey - 'FoR' means 'Frame of Reference' (like, if you want only people from a certain community (say, orthodox) to give answers). And 'halakha' is Jewish law generally. A kippah (plural kippot) is a yarmulke.
I admit it, I was somewhat torn. Surgically implanted magnets....
And yes, this is a question from a fashionably minded orthodox guy who wears a kippah often.
