Welcome to this place of understanding.
Something that helped me when I first left was to remember that despite what I had been taught, leaving the CoC was not leaving God, and it was not leaving the Church. It was just leaving a particular denomination.
Not everyone who leaves comes to that conclusion, but it brought me to a place of decision.
