Still dealing with guilt

Hi Sunnyside! i do not think your experience is uniquely alone because there are other divorced people here. Separation is always a mucky business but part of developing self worth. I know we are not meant to be alone so I hope you find someone who loves you as you deserve. Therapy takes time and often years. Unresolved anger for me was part of the coc double bind theology. I hope you get free of that.

I can't tell you what it means to have someone really understand, Missing Link. I just looked up local support groups, had not considered that and am looking forward to it. Thank you for sharing your story with me.
