We did give to orphans' homes, etc. And we did have an addition built that included a kitchen. We had a very small circle of congregations with whom we'd "do business," so to speak. We might associate on occasion with others, but afterwards, we'd hear how liberal they were, because they did something our faction didn't like. In one place we lived, people who didn't like the NI church would often come to ours. Other than the orphans' home stuff, there didn't seem to be much of a difference.Ivy wrote:
