The old board had some stories about people doing some wild and/or crazy things at the church building. If I recall correctly, one poster talked about a time that he and his wife went on a Saturday afternoon to prep the Lord's supper and ended up having sex in one of the rooms! I loved that There were some things that I saw through the years at the building (both outside of during service times) that were just hysterical. I saw a guy watching porn on his phone in the restroom and looking like he was going to need some "relief" very soon. I heard someone say "f**k it" in the hallway going from the Sunday school classrooms to the auditorium. I saw a couple of members go outside and smoke in between the Bible class hour and the worship hour. Now, granted, there were members who smoked and it was fairly common knowledge that they did, but these two were looking back towards the building, trying to see if anyone noticed them. I guess they didn't think about how the smell of cigarette smoke sort of sticks with you for awhile. I heard someone listening to a Tupac album (explicit lyrics and all) in their car in the parking lot. That was back in the 1990's, of course. Anyone else have any stories of crazy happenings in or around the building?

Those are awesome stories!! Especially the one about "sex in the building". Is that authorized when the couple is married?
Well, let me think about it. I'm sure I'll come up with something......
The first time I was asked to prepare the Lords Supper it did not go as one would hope. We were new to the congregation and therefore unfamiliar with the building. I asked where the grape juice was kept and was told that it would be in the fridge located in the Mother’s Day Out section of the building.
It was sitting right there in the front section of the fridge. I filled the cups and put the trays in the fridge for Sunday services. After service several people comments that the cup tasted a little odd. Upon further investigation it was determined I’d used a jar containing grape kool aid. I’m pretty sure that isn’t scriptural.
I was never asked to prepare the Lord’s Supper again. I can only hope, on the Day of Judgement, I will not be condemned to hell for all eternity for desecrating the Lords Table.

...and on that day, they truly did drink the Koolaid. And from that day, Brother Cootie was an outcast.

Great Story!!! Grape kool aid is unscriptural! Everyone knows Welchs grape juice is what the 1st century church used!
With no witnesses present, a kid flipped me off in the lobby for no reason, totally random. No one considered him a good kid, and he was no more than 5 or 6. I thought it was funny, but I was not surprised
