OK.....'splain your meaning.
My humor is definitely an acquired taste. Kind of like drinking Jack Daniels for the first time. The first sip is awful but the more sips you take the better it taste, and after a few drinks you really don't care how it taste you just want more of it. I'm mildly humorous at first but the more you read me the more immune you become to my peculiar sense of humor. Then one day, like my wife of 52 years, you just laugh at everything I say just for the hell of it so I'll leave you alone.

And at my age people aren't expecting me to make any sense anyway.

Your LSD joke sounded like some of my material and that concerned me. ;)

It was actually field study for a cultural anthropology class I was taking at the time. Don't you steal my material, buddy. ;)

I took cultural anthropology at the Christian college I went to Ivy.....one of my most favorite courses ever....I really think I could have gone in that direction as a career and been very happy....you know, it forces you to think of why other people and cultures tick the way they do.....how we all are products of our culture and traditions and remain blind to others because of it (and in so doing hurl condemnation and yes, war, at them)....cultural anthropology is something everyone in the world should be required to learn at some point in their education IMHO......

Let me get this straight Ivey. You were in college & you were on a field trip & some LSD just magically appeared out of nowhere. And you don't remember anything after that.

Riightttt!!! :o

That's your story & you're sticking to it, right? :?

It's developing as we speak.

My kids are now in their 30s and wanting to know the real stories (versus the earlier, sanitized versions). I'm trying to keep them entertained. :P
